 The Floor Doctor is absolutely brilliant! Luke transformed our VERY shabby damaged hall, lounge and dining room floorboards into a beautiful floor with the least possible fuss and mess.
Everything was finished to an incredibly high standard. Luke gave clear costings, explained exactly what he would do and how long it would take. He consulted with us along the way, and showed the utmost respect for our home, (which was a refreshing change from some tradespeople we have employed in the past!).
The repair work he carried out was excellent, and the finish achieved by the sanding and varnishing is really stunning. He made useful suggestions and the attention to detail was fabulous. He even went out of his way to squeeze in a little bit of extra work at the last minute as we decided to remove a concrete hearth from the room halfway through the job. Luke did such a good job of patching this area into the rest of the floor, you would never know it has been removed! When we returned to the house after a few days away, I was very pleasantly surprised by the minimal dust created by the work. All in all a job very well done indeed. Highly recommended. |
